HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
When you shop from the Jatta online store, you provide information about yourself. Where you live, what your email address is and what you buy. Here we describe how we handle your personal data.

We hope you feel comfortable with how we process your personal data and want to continue shopping with us.

SUMMARY OF OUR INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
We collect as little information as possible. The information we collect is that which is necessary to fulfil our commitment to you and for you to fulfil your commitment to us (i.e. pay for your order).
If you want to order against an invoice, our partner Klarna must have your social security number. Only then can you receive your order against invoice.
When you pay by card, you are required to provide your credit card number. This is done via a secure server and Braintree Payments handles card payments for us.

HOW DO WE USE THIS INFORMATION?
We use this information to process your order. We use your email address to send you information if you have requested it.
If you no longer wish to receive information from us, you can easily unsubscribe from further newsletters via a link in the information email and will then never be contacted by us again.

WHY DO WE STORE INFORMATION?
We keep information for accounting purposes. We need to be able to provide documentation to the tax authorities. You can view previous orders via my account.

REMOVE YOUR INFORMATION FROM OUR DATABASE
The information we store only serves as a basis for the financial transaction and is kept for legal reasons and therefore cannot be deleted.

WHAT SYSTEMS DOES YOUR DATA END UP IN?
When you shop with us, your order goes through several steps to enable us to process and dispatch your goods to you.

Your data may need to be processed by some of them.
Klarna - if you choose to pay by Klarna invoice.
BrainTree Payments - if you choose to pay by card.
Ekopost - Who sends out our paper mailings

We keep the information in accordance with the Accounting Act, which states: "They must be kept until the seventh year following the end of the calendar year in which the financial year ended."
